This is an extended family portrait of the KACCAD team as of February 2008. We gathered, Ugandan nationals and international volunteers to say good bye to Sofia Graflund who returned home to Sweden on February 20th after working with us for 6 months. We welcome others to join our team as a volunteer or supporter.
Sofia Graflund, a human rights lawyer from Sweden has been working with KACCAD since September 2007. In her 6 months volunteering with us she has fund raised for the development of 11 wells in 2007 and now 7 spring wells as of January 2008. We want to sincerely thank Sofia for all of her hard work and the people of Sweden who have contributed to these projects. Your donations have brought safe water to thousands of people in Wakiso District, Uganda. Thank You!
